The Health, Education & Social Services Committee has considered:                                   
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 180                                                                              
    "An Act requiring child services providers to obtain criminal                                   
    background checks for child services workers."                                                  
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 180(HES)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to persons who provide services related to                                     
    children; establishing a legislative task force on child services; and                          
    providing for an effective date."
