HB 304                                                                                            
Representative Rokeberg gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                               
CSHB 304(2d RLS) am (page 3323).                                                                    
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Representative Bunde moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
reconsideration of CSHB 304(2d RLS) am be taken up on the same                                      
day.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 304(2d RLS) am                                                           
     "An Act relating to the education fund and the infrastructure and                              
     economic development fund, to the market value of the permanent                                
     fund, to distribution of the income of the permanent fund, and to
