    Urging the United States Environmental Protection Agency and                                    
    the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation to provide                                  
    maximum possible flexibility in application of low sulfur diesel                                
    fuel requirements to Alaska.

    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 47(RLS)                                                       
    Urging the United States Environmental Protection Agency and
