There being no objection, HB 278 was withdrawn. HCR 12 Representatives Stevens and Williams added their names as cosponsors to: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 12 Relating to the preservation of employment opportunities for United States longshoremen with respect to unloading and loading of foreign vessels.
