The following, which had been read the second time and held to                                      
today's calendar (page 1240), was again before the House:

    "An Act relating to the base student allocation used in the formula                             
    for state funding of public education; and providing for an                                     
    effective date."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, HB 105 would be returned
