HB 105                                                                                            
The following, which had been read the second time and held to                                      
today's calendar (page 1240), was again before the House:                                           
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 105                                                                              
    "An Act relating to the base student allocation used in the formula                             
    for state funding of public education; and providing for an                                     
    effective date."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, HB 105 would be returned

The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 26,

    "An Act relating to missions and measures to be applied to certain                              
    expenditures by the executive branch of state government and the                                
    University of Alaska from the state operating budget for the fiscal                             
    year ending June 30, 2002; and providing for an effective date."
