There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 242(FIN) was read the third time. **The presence of Representative Kerttula was noted. Representative Kott declared a potential conflict of interest on behalf of all members of the body. The Speaker stated that all members would be required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 242(FIN) pass the House?"
