The question being: "Shall CSHB 193(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 193(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 27 NAYS: 10 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Guess, Halcro, Harris, Hayes, James, Kohring, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Mulder, Murkowski, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Crawford, Croft, Davies, Hudson, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kookesh, Morgan, Moses Excused: Joule, Ogan, Wilson And so, CSHB 193(FIN) passed the House. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. Representative Berkowitz objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, the effective date clause was adopted. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 193(FIN). HB 214 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 18, 2001 calendar (page 1034), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 214(L&C) "An Act relating to a civil action against a person under 21 years of age who enters premises where alcohol is sold or consumed."
