The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 23,                               
2001, calendar (page 1145), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 120 am                                                    
    "An Act adopting the National Crime Prevention and Privacy                                      
    Compact; making criminal justice information available to                                       
    interested persons and criminal history record information                                      
    available to the public; making certain conforming amendments;                                  
    and providing for an effective date."                                                           
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall SSHB 120 am pass the House?"  The roll
