                      CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS                                                
                                                                                                    
HB 103                                                                                            
Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 916) on the following at this                               
time:                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 103(FIN)(brf sup maj fld)                                                 
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                        
    program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and                                 
    to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date."

Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to CSHB 103(FIN)(brf sup maj fld), thus adopting SCS                                      
CSHB 103(FIN)(brf sup maj fld S), and recommended that the
