2001-04-19 House Journal Page 1072 HB 193 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 18, 2001 calendar (page 1051), was read the third time: 2001-04-19 House Journal Page 1073 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 193(FIN) "An Act relating to the primary election and to the nomination of candidates for the general election; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSHB 193(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 193(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 27 NAYS: 10 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Guess, Halcro, Harris, Hayes, James, Kohring, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Mulder, Murkowski, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Crawford, Croft, Davies, Hudson, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kookesh, Morgan, Moses Excused: Joule, Ogan, Wilson And so, CSHB 193(FIN) passed the House. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. Representative Berkowitz objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, the effective date clause was adopted. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 193(FIN).
