2001-04-24 House Journal Page 1168 HB 120 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 23, 2001, calendar (page 1145), was read the third time: SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 120 am "An Act adopting the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact; making criminal justice information available to interested persons and criminal history record information available to the public; making certain conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall SSHB 120 am pass the House?" Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
