Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27 (STA) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27(STA) Supporting the erection of monuments in Alaska, Russia, and Canada to commemorate the World War II lend-lease program between the United States and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, pass the Senate?"
