Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                 
                                                                               
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31 was read the third time.                        
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31                       
Relating to subsistence activities of urban Alaska Natives under the           
Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act,  pass the Senate?

Senator Halford, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the              
adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on               
page 3081. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                        
RESOLUTION NO. 60(RES) was adopted and read the second time.
