Senator Parnell offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, line 30: Delete every Alaskans permanent fund dividend application; Insert each annual permanent fund dividend, Senator Parnell moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Taylor offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 1, line 3, after WHEREAS and before declining, Insert: Government spending, 1999-05-25 Senate Journal Page 1761 SCR 102 Page 1, line 17: Delete The permanent fund Insert Big Government Page 2, lines 8-9: Delete is inflation-proofed to protect its Insert will be diminished in Senator Taylor moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2.
