The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 42(JUD) Effective Date Clause YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Adams, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly Pete, Kelly Tim, Leman, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Absent: Donley, Parnell and so, the effective date clause was adopted and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 101 SENATE BILL NO. 101 An Act amending the definition of disaster was read the second time. Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 768. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN) An Act relating to disasters and to the disaster relief fund was adopted and read the second time. Senator Halford offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 4, line 3 after that Insert: they do not object to the financing plan and that Senator Halford moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Mackie objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
