adoption of SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2. Without objection,                        
SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 Dedicating the Terry Miller Gallery                    
of the Chamber of the Alaska Senate to Cliff Groh, passed the                  
Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment and

offenses; and amending Rule 16, Alaska Rules of Criminal                       
Procedure, Rule 9, Alaska Delinquency Rules, and Rule 501, Alaska
