Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Pearce gave notice of reconsideration. HB 87 HOUSE BILL NO. 87 An Act relating to money credited to the account of the state in the unemployment trust fund by the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States; and providing for an effective date was read the second time.
