Senator Donley gave notice of reconsideration. HB 10 HOUSE BILL NO. 10 An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives; and providing for an effective date was read the second time. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILL NO. 10 was read the third time.
