Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this time:             
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 102 am                                       
Relating to an advisory vote and a state fiscal plan.                         
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
