SB 33                                                                        
Representative Green moved that the House rescind previous action              
(page 1466) in failing to adopt the effective date clause for the              
following:                                                                     
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33                                          
"An Act relating to contracts for the performance of certain state            
functions previously performed by state employees and to the                   
Commission on Privatization and Delivery of Government                         
Services; and providing for an effective date."                                
                                                                               
Representative Cowdery placed a call of the House and lifted the call.         
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House rescind previous action in
