Amendment No. 10 was offered by Representative Ogan: Page 4, line 1: Insert a new subsection to read: "(b) By January 1, 2000, the Commission on Privatization and Delivery of Government Services shall submit a written preliminary report of its findings and recommendations to the governor and the legislature." Reletter the following subsection accordingly. Representative Ogan moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 10 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 33(FIN) am H pass the House?"
