Page 3, line 5, following "Act":                                               
	Delete "are not eligible for compensation and only the public                 
members appointed under sec. 2(a)(6) and (a)(7)"                               
                                                                               
Representative Cowdery moved and asked unanimous consent that                  
Amendment No. 9 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Bunde objected.
