Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Senate has adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (Senate journal page 3716). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate.
