A message dated May 2, 2000, was read stating the Senate has adopted           
the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference                
report on CSSJR 34(FIN) am H and CSSJR 34(FIN), thus adopting:                 
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 34                              
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
relating to public corporations.                                               
                                                                               
The House has adopted CCS SJR 34 (page 3718).                                  
                                                                               
                                                                               
SB 212                                                                       
A message dated May 3, 2000, was read stating the Senate has                   
returned the following:                                                        
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 212(FIN)                                  
"An Act authorizing the commissioner of fish and game to award                
grants for habitat restoration or enhancement projects; and
