There being no objection, the member was excused as noted: Representative Barnes - from 7:00 p.m., March 23 to 9:20 p.m., plane time, March 29, 1999 (amended from page 519) HJR 21 Representatives Green, Kemplen, Dyson, Ogan and Hudson added their names as cosponsors to: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Relating to new evaluation and selection criteria for military base realignment and closure actions. HB 36 Representative Green added his name as cosponsor to: HOUSE BILL NO. 36 "An Act relating to the establishment of Operation About Face as an alternative type of juvenile detention and treatment." HB 111 Representative Croft added his name as cosponsor to: HOUSE BILL NO. 111 "An Act relating to unemployment compensation for persons employed by educational institutions in other than educational, research, or principal administrative capacities." ENGROSSMENT HJR 21 HJR 21 was engrossed, signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and transmitted to the Senate for consideration.
