The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to: MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE A message dated May 2, 2000, was read stating the Senate has passed the following, and it is transmitted for consideration: FIRST READING AND REFERENCE OF SENATE RESOLUTIONS SCR 22 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 by the Senate Resources Committee: Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 446, relating to the power cost equalization fund, other funds, and power projects. was read the first time and referred to the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS HCR 29 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this time: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 29 Opposing any prohibition against having election voting sites at military installations.
