Representative Green gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on             
CSHB 1001(FIN) am (page 1728).                                                 
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
reconsideration of CSHB 1001(FIN) am be taken up on the same day.              
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 1001(FIN) am                                            
"An Act relating to income of the Alaska permanent fund and                   
authorizing an advisory vote on a long-term financial plan for the             
state; and providing for an effective date."
