                         CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 1590) on the following,                
which was considered by the Rules Committee (page 2979):                       
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 225(JUD)                                                
"An Act relating to election campaigns and legislative ethics; and            
providing for an effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 225(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 225(JUD)                    
am S, and recommended that the members vote no.
