Amendment No. 2 (title amendment) was offered by Representative                
Berkowitz:                                                                     
                                                                               
Page 1, line 1:                                                                
	Delete "election campaigns and legislative ethics"                          
	Insert "the date after which a person or group may not make                  
a contribution to a candidate; relating to permitted and prohibited            
uses of public assets and resources under the campaign finance law             
and the legislative ethics code"                                              
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that                
Amendment No. 2 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Cowdery objected.                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"  The roll
