Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 67 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February21, 2000, calendar (page 2253), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 67(JUD) "An Act relating to release of certain persons alleged to have committed certain sexual offenses." Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 67(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.
