And so, CSSSSB 186(FIN) passed the House.                                      
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll           
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.           
                                                                               
CSSSSB 186(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and

The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                    
February21, 2000, calendar (page 2253), was read the third time:

"An Act relating to release of certain persons alleged to have                
committed certain sexual offenses."                                            
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
67(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of              
considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so              
ordered.
