Full Journal pdf1999-03-05 House Journal Page 0371 HB 12 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 2, lines 9 - 17: Delete "(B) record the route of the utility corridor and railroad right-of-way in the appropriate recording office; the recordation of the route (i) is not subject to the requirements established for the recording of documents under AS40.17; and (ii) in regard to nonstate land, is solely for informational purposes and does not constitute the assertion of a right to or an encumbrance of land or an interest in land that is not owned by the state; and" Insert "(B) delineate the route of the utility corridor and railroad right-of-way in any system of land records maintained by the Department of Natural Resources under AS 38.05.035; and" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Ogan objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: "Shall CSSSHB 12(FIN) am pass the House?"
