SB 91                                                                        
The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 91 An                   
Act relating to the regulation of physical therapists and physical             
therapy assistants; extending the termination date of the State                
Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board; and providing for             
an effective date and recommended it be replaced with                          
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 91(STA) entitled:                                      
An Act relating to the regulation of physical                                  
therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational                          
therapists, and occupational therapy assistants;                               
extending the termination date of the State Physical                           
Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board; and                                    
providing for an effective date.
