Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15 be taken up at this time.                         
Without objection, the resolution was read the second time and was             
before the Senate on final passage.                                            
                                                                               
The question being: Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                          
NO. 15 Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                     
Representatives for a period of more than three days, pass the
