develop recommendations regarding a North Slope gas project; and

HCR 18                                                                       
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 Declaring 1997 to                           
be observed as the 80th Anniversary of the University of Alaska                
Fairbanks and recognizing the vital role played by the University of           
Alaska Fairbanks, was read the second time and was before the                  
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Senators Sharp, Wilken, Taylor, Leman, Pearce, Torgerson, Phillips,            
Duncan, Parnell, Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that                
they be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution.  Without                    
objection, it was so ordered.
