The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 250(FIN) Second Reading Amendment No. 1 YEAS: 14 NAYS: 23 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Berkowitz, Brice, Bunde, Davies, Elton, Grussendorf, Joule, Kemplen, Kookesh, Kubina, Moses, Nicholia, Phillips, Williams Nays: Austerman, Barnes, Cowdery, Croft, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Hodgins, Hudson, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kohring, Kott, Martin, Masek, Mulder, Ogan, Porter, Rokeberg, Ryan, Sanders Absent: Hanley, Therriault, Vezey Hudson changed from "Yea" to "Nay".
