Amendment No. 11 was offered by Representative Vezey: Page 5, line 18, following "was": Insert "the holder of a valid permit to carry a concealed handgun under AS18.65.700- 18.65.790 or was" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 11 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 11 was adopted.
