Amendment No. 5 was offered by Representative Davies: Insert a new bill section to read: "*Sec. __. The unexpended and unobligated balance on June 30, 1997, not to exceed $632,000 in federal receipts, of the appropriation made in sec. 30, ch. 117, SLA 96, page 31, line 7 and allocated on line 11, is reappropriated to the Department of Health and Social Services for grants to the Community Partnerships for Access, Solutions and Success (COMPASS) program to integrate education, health and social services on the local community level for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1998."
