Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
reconsideration (page 4001) of the following be held one legislative

CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 102(JUD)(fld H)                             
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to a preference for subsistence uses of fish and wildlife;            
and providing for an effective date and repeal of the subsistence              
amendments.                                                                    
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered, and CSHJR 102(JUD)(fld            
H) will be available for reconsideration on May 31, 1998.
