HOUSE BILL NO. 143
An Act relating to the art in public places requirements for state-
owned and state-leased buildings and facilities.

Representative Bunde rose to a point of order regarding inappropriate
debate.

The Speaker cautioned the member.

Representative Bunde moved and asked unanimous consent that he be
allowed to abstain from voting due to a possible conflict of interest.
Objection was heard, and Representative Bunde was required to vote.
