Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 309 was read the third time. Senators Donley, Halford, Green, Mackie, Leman, Pearce, Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Ward moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Senator Adams gave notice of reconsideration.
