providing for exploration incentive credits for activities involving           
locatable and leasable mineral and coal deposits on certain land in            
the state; and providing for an effective date" which had been placed          
at the bottom of the calendar (page 1674) was before the Senate on             
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                         
197(FIN) be held to the May 10 calendar.  Without objection, it was            
so ordered.
