Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
citation be adopted.  Without objection, the citation was adopted and

Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                     
excused from a call of the Senate on April 3, 4 and 9.  Objections             
were heard.  Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent that
