Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                     
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13                         
Ratifying an amendment to the Constitution of the United States                
concerning the balancing of the federal budget.  Without objection,            
it was so ordered.                                                             
Senator Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                  
excused from a call of the Senate from February 16 through 19.
