SENATE BILL NO. 1011 An Act relating to transportation of                      
public school students; relating to school construction grants; relating       
to state foundation aid and supplementary state aid for education; and         
providing for an effective date was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 4270.  Senator           
Donley objected.
