Senator Frank, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 1005 An Act                       
making, amending, and repealing appropriations; making                         
appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of         
Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing             
for an effective date for the Finance Committee meeting on May 9.              
Without objection, it was so ordered.
