Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 265 An Act relating                    
to receipts of commercial fisheries test fishing operations; and               
providing for an effective date.  Without objection, it was so

President Pearce added a Finance Committee referral to SENATE                  
BILL NO. 307 An Act authorizing the Department of Natural                      
Resources to exchange with the federal government state land within,           
and adjoining, Dude Creek Critical Habitat Area for federal land               
adjacent to Fall Creek; and providing for an effective date.
