Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown               
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 248 An Act establishing the                  
Alaska Health Insurance Corporation and requiring licensed health              
care providers to comply with certain statutes and regulations relating        
to the corporation; relating to disability insurance claims processing         
and to approval of rates for disability insurance, including health            
insurance; and providing for an effective date.  Without objection,            
it was so ordered.
