President Pearce ruled the amendment out of order. The question being: Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 40 Suspending Uniform Rules 47 and 55 of the Alaska State Legislature relating to the carryover of bills to a special session, pass the Senate? The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 40 Second Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff and so, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 40 passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
