Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(STA) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, lines 9 - 11: Delete all material and insert: "(2) 10 percent to be used by the Department of Health and Social Services as pass-through grants to recipients conducting anti-tobacco use, anti-smoking, or stop smoking programs; and" Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Halford objected. The question being: Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?
