SENATE BILL NO. 172 "An Act eliminating `monte carlo' nights                   
as an authorized form of charitable gaming; and providing for an               
effective date" was read the second time.                                      
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Objections were heard.
